The courier riders were previously given daily mobile loads by TCS so they could call the customers and deliver the orders. Riders were causing damage to the TCS by using 25% of their mobile bills for their personal calls.
Decision makers at TCS asked us for the solution so we advised them of our Zong Cap Cost Effective Dailing feature that enables certain numbers to make calls on.
We integrated TCS undelivered orders data through API with our Zong Cap API and allowed the rider to only make calls on that list. Any other call dialed by the rider which was not on the list started getting rejected.
With the aid of this feature, TCS was able to improve rider efficiency by 10X and cut billing costs by 25% while making customers happy by delivering their orders faster.
